Refurbishments and Dilapidations

We undertake such work to industrial units, office and commercial premise - acting on the instructions of our professional clients.

These works comprise all trades contracts and will generally provide for upgrading the existing property in preparation for a new tenant.

 

Typically works will include, stripping out existing tenants fittings, full redecoration, upgrading of services, repairs to the external building envelope, servicing or renewal of sanitary facilities, new floorcoverings and certification of building utilities.
